The product teams within Data Storage develop and manage storage solutions for reliable and future-proof handling of data and media, as well as methods and tools for secure and reliable data lifecycle management. Through continuous innovation and an ongoing shift towards a scalable microservices architecture, we deliver flexible, secure, and user-friendly systems – ready to meet future challenges and advance the authority's data management.

Product Owner, Customer Contact, Data Storage, Database Management

As a Product Owner with us, you will work alongside a product team with a strong focus on collaboration and joint problem-solving. You are expected to have the ability to see the big picture in system development, understand how different parts are interconnected, and contribute to a well-functioning whole. Your role involves advocating for the product's further development and being our contact with the business.

You are a person with a strong ability to establish customer contacts while also understanding the technical challenges related to the product's area of responsibility. You have good communication skills and are accustomed to working with priorities.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a strong security awareness.

We are looking for someone who has

• a university degree or equivalent experiences and qualifications
• good communication skills
• good collaboration skills
• a systems perspective and the ability to perceive how parts relate to a whole
• the ability to prioritize between different types of needs and make decisions
• the ability to drive work with a high degree of independence
• the ability to lead, plan, structure, and follow up work from an agile perspective
• the ability to be receptive and balance customer needs, business impacts, and technical quality
• good ability to concretize and visualize expectations
• good ability to break down complex needs into concrete realizable requirements
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

• Product Owner certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification)
• good knowledge of agile development methods (e.g., Scrum)
• knowledge of agile planning tools (e.g., JIRA)
• knowledge of database management (within DB2 and other database managers).

A permanent, full-time position, with start date according to agreement. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Swedish citizenship is required for this position.
